All our students are given the tools to develop into confident, respectful, and strong individuals. There are many reasons to bring your child into a martial art. But the best benefits are physical and mental growth based on principles they will take with them for a lifetime!

ADULT CLASS
AGES 15+
Monday Wednesday Friday
7pm-8pm
We have a wide range of ages in the adult class starting at 14 years old, but we also have students older than 30. There is NO AGE LIMIT to when you can start learning. The adult class is filled with supportive Indviduals who have grown to love the art of Taekwondo.
